Penang (pg)

Penang is also called the Perl of the Orient. It is an Island wich you can reach by a ferry or to drive over the long bridge. It is about 30 minutes by car from Bukit Mertajam.

One day we visited the botanical garden in pg

Here, I noticed that the plants are all in the cage and on the other hand the monkeys are outside, free to run about as they please.

They are not shy at all.... they just sit there and let us take his pictures and there are some that chase people around for peanuts.

This was the only beach we visited in pg. We didn't have much time to visit other beaches, so this is one of them that we have visited.
